I've recently discovered writing.com and have been a member for only a few days. Although I have only contributed a few writings, I know I'm addicted for life. Thank you writing.com:)

Well it has only been about a week. I am amazed by this wonderful place, and all the kindness within it. Already i have been given a few tips on my few pieces of work. I feel so good about the praises that I never want to leave. I wish I had discovered WRITING.COM earlier. I look forward to getting to know everything about it. Thank you for the chance to become a better writer.
I have been a member of Writing.com for almost a month now. I have never seen such an informative, interacting and friendly community which offers as much gratification like this website does. The many groups and forums are not lacking in their designs to get needed information out to those who are new here. They offer all they can to encourage and inspire writers. Navigating this awesome site is always easy. I am in awe of the accomplishments of many whose talented writings are presented, and given the acknowledgement they deserve. I'm sure I have only begun to discover where my journeys here can take me.
I'm not much into writings, but when I join this WDC I realized the joy of writing and get to have like a habit. Fellow members were kind and so helpful that they let me know my mistakes of my work and it helps me a lot in better writings. I praise this WDC and hope that I would learn something precious from this Website. WRITE ON.......
I have been a member for just afew days ,but, I thinks this site ROCKS! So much to do. So many activities and ways to express ones self. I am very pleased to be a member. I am still exploring and learning all the possibilities. I think I will be here till the dust gathers on my quill.
I am so glad I have joined the WDC. The people, the staff, and the whole experience has been the best ever. Writing for me has always been an escape from my pressures from life. Ever since I was a kid, I have always written, though my grammer and spelling has something to be desired. Thank you WDC for the chance to make friends, to expand my learning of writing, and for the chance to read other peoples works.
I have been a member of writing.com for over four years now. It's changed a lot since I first saw it, it's grown, and so have I. Looking over my portfolio, it's difficult to find an item that wasn't substantially influenced by this website: either it was created for a contest, or reading someone else's story inspired me, or another member gave me some really great advice or a new technique. Had it not been for this website, I know that many of my stories and poems would not exist, and the quality I have reached as a writer would never have been realized. And that's why I'm doing this. See, I'm writing this not so much as a testimonial, but more as a thank you, to the entire site as a whole. The writing.com community has made me the writer I am today, it has given me rocket-fuel for my inspiration, taught me, humbled me, and reassured me of my own abilities as an author, and I can think of no greater gift for a writer to recieve than that. Thank you, writing.com.

This site is an inspiration to young writers. I am not a full time writer and yet I enjoy the essence that it leaves behind to post some words on a page and have someone else read them and understand them. I have enjoyed the many stories and novels and such here. Thank you!
This is one of the best sites on the web, especially for a creative individual. I have been a member for three weeks now and every time I start to leave I discover something new to hold my attention. This place has everything!
I have a new addiction...and its name is WDC. I am on Writing.Com for hours, and I would be on it 24/7/365 if I could. It's wonderful to be able to show my writing to the world without fear of rejection. The community here is amazing. I've met so many wonderful people who are also talented writers, sharing my passion. I love everything!
I have just passed the 6 month mark on my membership here at Writing.com and have had more helpful and honest feedback on my work than I have had my entire life! I love the community and the people. I have bonded friendships and created pieces that I think would have never found life had I not been snooping around here! Thanks so much for a great refuge for the weary writer. I love it!
I joined Writing.Com about a year ago, and I have only improved my writing since I joined. I have been writing poems that have even surpassed my English teachers in contests since I was joined at about age 11. I have improved from the help of the helpful members. I am frequently on WDC and I am really improving from reviews. Since I joined, not one creative writing paper in my classes has gotten below an A. I would like to thank EVERYONE at WDC. The newsletter editors, and the members. You have all been a great help since I joined. Thank You All So Much. Everyone Please Keep Writing!!!
Great community. I got insightful reviews within an hour of sharing my poem. Thank you.
About five years ago, I was searching for a place to write and keep my writings. I searched and searched, and came up empty handed. About 6 months ago, a friend of mine had told me that his sister used writing.com. Since then, I've written more then ever! And improved with all the advice from other writing.com members! I love it, and will never leave!

I have been writing for a very long time, since about the age of 14. I have always been afraid of letting people read my work. After all i was shy growing up and still am a little bit. I had a hard time even letting my family read my work! My creative writing teacher in 12th grade told me that i had alot of natural writing talent. I have always loved writing and still do. It frees me to be as creative and powerful as possible. I just got hooked up with Writing.com and it has already been one of the best things to ever happen to me! It is so much fun and i am making friends. It has made me appreciate and love even more the art of telling stories with the written word. I am an aspiring writer who wants to say to all fellow aspiring writers, check out WDC; you will not and I mean will not be sorry!
Several years ago I discovered Writing.Com at a low point in my life and joined immediately. Suddenly, my life had purpose again. It became a fragile thread with which I held on to life. Sharing my words became more important than ever before. As time circled around, and I regained strength of mind, body and purpose, my desire to be involved with WDC stayed strong and important. Life is wonderful and I am healthy, involved, growing and changing. I drag WDC along with me and now use it to reflect the changes as well as to hone my writing. The friends I have made here are real and have crossed that invisible bridge from virtual to reality. My writing has grown, I have grown from interactions on this site. It is SO much more than an excellent writing site. It is a world in and of itself and one no writer, beginner or experienced should be without! Thank you WDC for everything!

I joined Writing.com in search of a community of fellow writers who would be a supportive and constructive group to develop my writing. I found so much more! I have only been a member to 3 days, but already I have had so much positive criticism of my first piece that I have been inspired to write much more. I have also found a group of people who I think - in time will become good friends.
I have been a member of Writing.com for a year now, and I can honestly say it is the best website I have ever happened upon on the Internet. Here, the members are friendly and willing to review and be reviewed. Here, I have found an audience for my experiments and my polished pieces. Here, I have been blessed enough to discover more than just a website; Writing.com is a community.
Writing.com is more than just a place for writers to connect. It's also a site for making dear friends. It's become a second home to me, and I'm so proud to be part of its wonderful community.
For the past four years I've been writing stories, without even thinking about putting them on a website. Then, in February of this year, I stumbled upon Writing.com. Ever since then, whenever I come up with a new idea I post it here. Writing.com has one of the greatest writing communities I've seen. Everyone is friendly, and the reviews and constructive critiscim I've gotten have helped to make my writing a lot better. I love reading other peoples' work and reviewing it. I've gotten some of my friends involved in this website, and they've all thanked me. All in all, Writing.com has a great community.

I'm not sure how I found Writing.Com, but I'm sure glad I did. I have learned so much from this site. My writing has improved tremendously since becoming a member. So many wonderful stories to read and things to do. I've spent countless hours here, just reading stories. Writing.Com is truly in a league of it's own.

I've been writing for a little under 2 months now. I've always loved reading though. I remember when I was younger reading a new novel every other day. I always pictured myself writing a novel and how much fun it would be. So I decided I'd give it a try. Did'nt turn out well. So I gave it up, vowing never to return. Then along came a writing contest, I wanted to enter really badly. So I began looking for good writing websites. And I stumbled upon writing.com. I didn't win the contest but I found the best website on the internet. And to top it all off thanks to the great community I've managed to being my first novel "Levan". Thank you writing.com!!!!!!!!
I think I fell into this amazing world of writers by accident. I clicked the wrong space. It became the right(write?) one for me. I feel so comfortable in here. The reviewers are very good, they have your best interests at heart and they know how you feel. There is always someone that will help you improve your technique. I like it here - I may never get out alive!

Writing.com is more like a lesson in writing and friendship and reviewing. My discovery of this site has been a therapeutic learning experience. The friends I've made are beyond compare. I've learned so much in such a short period of time! Thank you so much for sharing this site with us!
Writing.com is one of the best resources I have found to help me develope as a writer. I have been told I have wonderful skills, but... There have been a lot of but's, and things that I needed to improve. Without writing.com as my tool and my network of readers, I would have been stuck in the same worm hole I was in. I still have so much more to learn, and I depend on this site, I depend on the great people of this site and without them, I would not have come as far alond as I have. I want to thank writing.com for helping me open my eyes to the things I needed to improve, to become a better writer. I am still relying on this site to help improve my craft. I could not have done it without them, and I am so greatful. I love the kudo's so much, but eagerly take the critisim and the help, because without it I would not have the hope to one day get my writing read by others, and be one day published. Still crossing my fingers. Thank you writing.com for being not just for myself, but for all of us. I have been a part of this amily for 10 months now. I have learned from other writers and staff who has taken the time to also review my work. I have writting on other sites, but I have gotten honest feedbck from writing.com. I rarely get a review that just says great poem. Not to say I have not but they are and few. I have worked very hard to develope my craft, and I have my fellow writers to thank for that here on writing.com.
